4-Player Requirement

This Main Quest can only be completed with 4 players. Before starting you will need:

2× Pack-A-Punched Ray Guns
1× Pack-A-Punched Thundergun (must be a different player from the Ray Gun holders)
1× Matryoshka Dolls
1× Gersch Devices

Before beginning the steps below, ensure all players have the required equipment:

2 players with Pack-A-Punched Ray Guns
1 player with a Pack-A-Punched Thundergun (not one of the Ray Gun players)
1 player with Matryoshka Dolls
1 player with Gersch Devices

Step 1-2

Generator & Illuminati Screen

Throw a Gersch Device at the Generator outside of the map, near the MP5K wallbuy. When done correctly it gets sucked in.

Near the Stamin-Up lunar lander, interact with a screen on the wall that displays an Illuminati symbol.

Step 3

Monkey Round. 4 Buttons

During a Monkey Round, 4 buttons will appear near the following perks: Juggernog, Speed Cola, Stamin-Up, and PHD Flopper.

All 4 players must press their button simultaneously so all 4 are activated at the same time.

When complete, the buttons will disappear.

Step 4

The Pressure Plate

Once Pack-A-Punch is available, a circular pressure plate in the room next to Pack-A-Punch can be activated by having all 4 players stand on it.

Once all 4 players are on it, the clock on the wall will begin to move.

Every player must stay on the pressure plate for 2 full minutes without any interruptions. no shooting or throwing grenades.

You'll know it's complete when a nuke goes off.

Step 5

Spell "LUNA"

One player stands on the Lunar Lander while the other players call the Lunar Lander to specific locations to collect floating letters in the sky that spell "LUNA".

Follow this order:

Start with the Lunar Lander in the spawn room
Call it to the Stamin-Up area (collect first letter)
Call it back to spawn
Call it to the Speed Cola area
Call it to the Stamin-Up area again (final letter)

Final Step

The Orb

In the area with the Lunar Lander near Stamin-Up, a small white orb will appear on the ground.

The player with Gersch Devices throws one at the orb. then immediately the 2 Ray Gun players, the Thundergun player, and the Matryoshka Dolls player must all shoot/throw their weapons at the orb simultaneously.

When done correctly, the orb will fly up and the Main Quest is complete.

Reward

You will be rewarded with a 90-second Death Machine.

Lore

Radios

The radios give lore to what happened at the space station before the characters arrived. They can be found in this order:

1. Between the steps near the PhD Flopper Lunar Lander

2. In a cage near the Claymore Lunar Lander

3. In spawn near some crates on the ground floor

4. In the Pack-A-Punch room on some pipes down below

5. Next to the Speed Cola and Matryoshka doll

6. Next to the Stamin-Up

Find three teddy bears around the map:

The second floor of spawn
On top of a wall near a sickle
Behind a fence near the claymore lunar lander

After collecting the third one, Abracadavre by Elena Siegman and Kevin Sherwood will play.

Samantha's Sorrow

Requirements

Power, Pack-a-Punch, Gersh Device.

Note

This is a completely new Samantha hide-and-seek Easter egg, not present in the original Ascension.

Use a Gersh Device on 3 Samantha dolls positioned outside the playable area:

Pack-a-Punch: from the catwalk, look down over the railing to find the doll sitting on the pipe underneath Pack-a-Punch. Throw a Gersh Device so it sucks up the doll.
Widow's Wine Lunar Lander: look across the map toward the high ledge to find the doll, and throw a Gersh Device at it.
Stamin-Up: look toward the large moon in the background to find the doll on the high metal structure, and throw a Gersh Device at it.

Activate Samantha: go to the Mystery Box near Pack-a-Punch and find the nearby Drop Zone, identifiable by the small fire. A Samantha doll will appear. interact with it.

Hide and seek: Samantha will hide around the map. Follow the lullaby to locate her, then find and shoot each Samantha doll.

Continue until you've found and shot 5 Samantha dolls total. They can appear outside the normal map boundaries.

Return to the original Samantha doll and interact with it. A new "Samantha's Sorrow" song plays, and a Max Ammo appears.

ASCENSION
