Step 1
Activate Pack-A-Punch
Activate the Sentinel Artifact on the Grand Staircase.
Break open Vases to reveal 3 Crystals. Kill zombies near each Crystal to charge it:
- Purple Crystal — Bedroom Hallway, Master Bedroom, Trophy Room
- Blue Crystal — Wine Cellar (x2)
- Green Crystal — Library (x2), Study
Once a Crystal is filled, interact to look into it. This reveals a vision of an item, which determines a Challenge and a location — completing it gives you a Tuning Fork.
Clocks Challenge: If you see a Clock, find the Grandfather Clock you saw and interact with it to start a lockdown. Survive inside the circle for a minute — the Tuning Fork comes out of the Clock. Possible locations:
- Billiards Room
- Main Hall
- Dining Room
Items Challenge: If you see one of these items, find the object and interact with it to spawn a Ghost. Follow her — when she reaches her destination, she'll open a wall/object containing the Tuning Fork:
- Doll — Entrance Hall
- Will & Testament — Study
- Noose — Wine Cellar
- Painting - Sad Woman — Tea Room
- Painting - Scared Woman — East Gallery
- Painting - Woman With Scratches — Music Room
- Painting - Woman And Man — Smoking Room
Perk Statues Challenge: If you see a Perk Statue, go to that statue to start a mini lockdown with Nosferatus. Kill them all and the Tuning Fork drops for you to pick up.
Final Step
Once you have all 3 Tuning Forks, place them on the debris at the Forest Terrace. This opens the gates to the Forest where Pack-A-Punch is, and spawns a Werewolf.
Step 2-3
The 3 Questlines
Interact with all 3 Crystals again to activate the 3 questlines below. All 3 must be completed, but they can be done in any order.
You'll need to build Silver Bullets for this questline:
- Silver Parts:
- Trophy — Dining Room (x2), West Hallway
- Plate — Wine Cellar (x3)
- Candle Holder — Main Hall, Entrance Hall, Billiards Room
- Melt these parts together and pick up the Silver at the Build Table in the Wine Cellar.
- Bullet Parts:
- Guano — Cemetery (x2), Mausoleum
- Charcoal — Billiards Room, Main Hall, Master Bedroom
- Sulfur — Greenhouse Laboratory (x3)
- Combine all parts on the Build Table in the Library to make Silver Bullets.
All players must shoot the bell on top of the Mausoleum at the same time while using Silver Bullets. This shines a light into the Atlas statue.
On the North Atrium bridge, turn 3 wheels to align lights and break off the statue's head:
- Turn the middle wheel to align the green light.
- Turn the left wheel to align the blue light.
- Turn the right wheel to align the red light.
- Repeat until the step completes.
3 Zodiac Symbols will now appear around the map, each with 3 nearby scratch marks (tally marks). Add up all scratch marks across all 3 symbols and note the total.
- Entrance Hall — under the table across from the possible perk spawn
- Scratch marks: left above a painting; shield right of the Perk Statue; right of the Fast Travel in a corner
- Main Hall — right of the stairs leading to the West Gallery
- Scratch marks: left corner walking from the Forest; right of the stairs to the Sentinel Artifact; right of the clock above the fireplace
- Billiards Room — under the chess table
- Scratch marks: under a table on the right walking from the Smoking Room; above the cabinet near the Smoking Room; left of a bookcase
- Trophy Room — right side of the closet near the lamp
- Scratch marks: nightstand left of the bed; left of the fireplace across from the Zodiac Symbol; behind the barrier right of the fireplace in the Bedroom
- Library — left of the gun cabinet, in the broken cabinet
- Scratch marks: upper right corner in barricade left of the Zodiac Symbol; behind the symbol on a box; near the left foot of the dinosaur
- Dining Room — wall between the green sofa and broken pillar
- Scratch marks: next to a painting on the ceiling near the Main Hall; corner of the dining table near the stairs; far back wall behind the tables coming from the East Hallway
- Wine Cellar — bottom of the wine rack near the Perk Statue
- Scratch marks: on a barrel behind the Build Table; on the big barrel right of the right stairs; on a cabinet near the left stairs
Note
Only 3 of these 7 locations will actually appear in your game, with the Zodiac Symbol present. If a Zodiac Symbol is missing one or more of its associated scratch marks, those missing marks don't count toward the total.
Order your 3 found Zodiac numbers from least to greatest.
Input this order into the giant telescope in the Greenhouse Laboratory, confirming each symbol by meleeing it.
Warning
If you fail, all the Zodiac Symbols and scratch marks will change and you'll need to re-find them.
You'll need to build the Ballistic Shield for the next step:
- Parts:
- Top — Library (x2), Study
- Middle — Dining Room (x2), East Hallway
- Bottom — West Balcony, Grand Staircase, East Balcony
- Build the Ballistic Shield at a Build Table.
Interact with the crank to open the roof. Once it's open, melee the crank with your Shield to keep it open.
Activate the electric trap in the Greenhouse Laboratory and have every player run through it with their Shield out.
Quickly run upstairs — all players must melee the telescope with their electrified Shield at the same time to fire it.
All players interact with the big stone downstairs to start a lockdown.
When the lockdown ends, pick up the stone — you'll receive a Max Ammo.
5 White Birch Trees in the Graveyard each have one branch you can shoot down and collect. Grab all 5.
You'll need to get and upgrade the Alistair's Annihilator for this questline:
- Alistair's Folly — locate 4 differently-colored symbols around the map and note them down (use this sheet — make a copy — to track them):
- Red — Master Bedroom (right of the Fireplace), East Gallery (above a table between two chairs), Dining Room (behind the bar above the painting), Wine Cellar (outside a barrier on the bottom of a barrel)
- Blue — Cemetery (on a gravestone right of the stairs to the Mausoleum), Cemetery (on a gravestone behind a tree near the Stake Build Table), Mausoleum (bottom of the Lion Statue), Mausoleum (top of the crypt on the right side)
- Green — Gardens (inside a Gazebo), Gardens (outside a short barricade right of the Perk Statue), Gardens (outside a short barricade left of the Perk), Greenhouse Terrace (left of the Greenhouse entrance behind a gate)
- Yellow — Forest Terrace (left of the GKS Wallbuy outside a gate), Forest Terrace (right of the GKS Wallbuy outside a window), Forest Terrace (left of the Bowie Knife Wallbuy on the wall), Forest Terrace (right of the Bowie Knife Wallbuy behind a gate)
- Input the symbols you found into the Lockbox in the Library and enter the code to open it, then pick up Alistair's Folly.
Chaos Theory (2nd Upgrade):
- Prima Materia — interact with the machine in the Greenhouse Laboratory; it will be in the machine on the left.
- Werewolf Chaos Material — kill a Werewolf using Silver Bullets.
- Magazine — melee the bookshelf in the Library to move it; the part is inside.
- Build the Chaos Theory at the crafting table in the back right of the Greenhouse Laboratory.
Alistair's Annihilator (3rd Upgrade):
- Bat Chaos Materia — one of the lamps outside the Mausoleum will glow orange. Shoot it, and the orange glow switches to another lamp. After doing this a few times, a bat will fly out — shoot it down with the Chaos Theory to drop the Bat Chaos Materia.
- Nosferatu Chaos Materia — kill Nosferatu using the tornado effect from the Chaos Theory to make them drop Bile. Repeat 3 more times (4 total) to fill the bag. Then interact with a glowing coffin in the Cemetery to spawn a Crimson Nosferatu — kill it for the Nosferatu Chaos Materia.
- Magazine — in the Forest, 3 piles of dirt with glowing mushrooms can be found. Use the green Chaos Theory effect on a zombie standing on one of these piles to dig it up — the part can be obtained from any of the 3 mounds.
- Interact with the machine in the Greenhouse Terrace to place one Chaos Materia and pick up the part on the other side. Repeat for the other Chaos Materia.
- Build the Alistair's Annihilator at the Build Table in the back left of the Greenhouse Terrace.
Find a grave dated 1912 with a picture of one of the characters on it. Whoever plays as that character (or anyone, if that character isn't present) interacts with the grave to enter Spirit mode.
Walk near the Mystery Box location in the Graveyard — the sticks you collected earlier form an Effigy. Someone shoots a fire shot from the Alistair's Annihilator in front of the Effigy, then the player in Spirit mode interacts with the Effigy to be sent to Afterlife mode.
In Afterlife mode, the player is invisible to other players but can still be hit by zombies. Locate a ghost in the Mansion — you can hear her, usually inside a barrier. Find her and take her to the Effigy, where she'll reveal a stone.
All players interact with the big stone to start a lockdown.
When the lockdown ends, pick up the stone — you'll receive a Max Ammo.
Tip
If you run out of time and exit Afterlife mode, anyone can re-enter it by interacting with a grave in the back right of the Forest.
Build the fire trap using a Fire Energy Core — the easiest placement is in the Library.
Note
You'll need the Alistair's Annihilator (see the Effigy questline) for this questline as well.
Activate the trap and shoot it with a charged shot from the Alistair's Annihilator — this turns the flames blue.
While the flames are blue, run through it with your Shield to set it on fire. With your Shield on fire, melee 4 fireplaces in order, 3 times (12 fireplaces total, 3 sets):
- Set 1: Smoking Room → Library (right of the trap) → Library (left of the trap) → Billiards Room
- Set 2: Main Hall (left) → East Gallery → Main Hall (right) → West Gallery
- Set 3: Trophy Room → Master Bedroom → Music Room → Dining Room
After each set, a Crystal appears in the final fireplace of that set — grab it.
Interact with 3 Knight Statues — each spawns a floating Crystal that follows you (if you run too fast, it stops following). Take each Crystal into the Forest, where 3 round symbols on the ground match each Crystal's color. Place all 3 Crystals on their matching symbols to spawn Ghost Knight Statues:
- Graveyard
- Main Hall
- Greenhouse Terrace
Get kills near the Knight Statues to charge them, moving them closer and closer to Pack-A-Punch.
Once all 3 Knight Statues are next to Pack-A-Punch and form a triangle, Werewolves spawn. Kill one inside the triangle to spawn a stone.
All players interact with the big stone to start a lockdown.
When the lockdown ends, pick up the stone — you'll receive a Max Ammo.
Final Steps
Boss Fight
Once all 3 questline lockdowns are completed and you've picked up all 3 stones, enter the door to the right in the Forest to start the boss fight.
Tip
Using the Spitfire with the Wildfire Operator Mod is recommended for this fight.
The boss is an Invisible Werewolf — though you can see its movements.
Turn the statues with the white light to align with the green square on the ground. Each light turns green once aligned.
Once all lights are aligned, lure the Invisible Werewolf onto the green square — you can now damage it.
The phase ends once you deal enough damage and the Werewolf jumps out of the arena.
Only two players can damage the Werewolf at a time.
If you don't end the phase in one use of the green square, simply realign the lights and bring the Werewolf back to the square again.
Tip
There's a Max Ammo and Carpenter that won't despawn — only grab them if you actually need them.
Survive two waves of enemies.
The Invisible Werewolf will not be in the arena during this phase.
Tip
There's a Max Ammo and Carpenter that won't despawn — only grab them if you actually need them.
The boss is again an Invisible Werewolf — though you can see its movements.
Turn the statues with the white light to align with the green square on the ground. Each light turns green once aligned.
Once all lights are aligned, lure the Invisible Werewolf onto the green square — you can now damage it.
The boss fight ends once you kill the Invisible Werewolf.
