Vanguard
Step 01
Start the Void Objective
Enter the Command Post to start the Void Objective and survive at least 3 rounds.
Exit the Objective through a Portal: a short cutscene will play.
Step 02
Portals & Stone Tome
Return to the Command Post and interact with the Portal on the second floor.
Make your way to the top of the Apartments and interact with the Stone Tome.
Step 03
Green Portal
Return to the Command Post: a green portal will appear above the stairs and you will receive dialogue.

Fountain Square, Stalingrad, on a stack of boxes in the corner closest to the Mystery Box.
