Step 1-2
Power & Generator
Turn on the power.
Activate the generator at the bottom of the Hatchery by having a Valkyrie Drone killed next to it.
Step 3-4
Valve Step & KRONOS
The generator activates the valve step. Select your starting and ending points below to get the valve code, then set each valve to the number shown.
Once all valves are set correctly, pick up the cylinder from the final tube.
Give S.O.P.H.I.A. the cylinder, then enter the code "KRONOS" into her by shooting the letters to change them (top to bottom).
Step 5
Obtain the 6 Trophies
Note
These can be done in any order. The Dragon Strike and Gauntlet of Siegfried must be built for two of the trophies — see sections below.
Trophy 1: Shoot the trophy down from the mural on the wall across from the main power room. Run up to where it fell to grab it.
Trophy 2: Obtain the Dragon Strike (see below). Use it on the puddle outside of Supply Depot to bring the trophy up and grab it.
Trophy 3: Use the Giant Laser trap in the Supply Depot to open a safe on the floor. Grab the trophy inside.
Trophy 4: Using the shield's fire attack, hit a pipe in the Tank Factory — a trophy will shoot out of it, grab it.
Trophy 5: When exiting the Hatchery, shoot a green light in the sewer pipe. A toilet in the Hatchery will now have a trophy on it — grab it.
Trophy 6: Obtain the Gauntlet of Siegfried (see below). Use it to punch open a safe next to the shield — the trophy is inside.
Build
Dragon Strike
Interact with the Dragon Strike console upstairs in the Hatchery to activate a lockdown.
Survive 4 lockdowns: the first 3 come from the left, right, and back sides of the building. The final lockdown comes from all sides at once.
After the lockdowns, pick up the Dragon Strike from the console upstairs.
Build
Gauntlet of Siegfried
In the basement of the Hatchery above the sewer entrance, shoot the Dragon Egg. It will roll down — collect it.
Place it in a nest near where dragons breathe fire. Once a dragon breathes fire on it, let it cool for 2 rounds.
Complete 3 challenges in order. Check your current challenge from the challenge graves in the spawn room:
- Challenge 1: Kill fire zombies. Make fire zombies by having zombies run through dragon fire.
- Challenge 2: Get penetrating multi-kills. A sniper rifle or shotgun works best.
- Challenge 3: Get melee kills. The shield blast or Bowie Knife makes this easier.
In the Hatchery basement, place the egg in an incubator. Complete the lockdown that starts.
Let the egg cool for 1 full round, then pick it up.
Collect the Gauntlet of Siegfried from the reward graves in the spawn room.
Step 6-7
Trophy Challenges
Place all 6 Trophies on the table across from S.O.P.H.I.A.
Complete 5 random Trophy Challenges — these are in a random order except the 935 Trophy, which is always last.
A floating yellow orb will be flying somewhere around the map. Shoot it until it freezes.
Once it starts moving again, shoot it again. Repeat once more for a total of 3 times.
Afterward, it moves to Dragon Command — the step finishes when you arrive there.
The screen above the trophies will flash an order twice — note it down.
In each of the 6 areas there is a bomb to defuse by interacting with a small wall panel. Defuse them in the correct order or the bombs will explode, killing anyone nearby.
There is a time limit — the more players, the less time you have. Wait a couple of seconds after each bomb before pressing the next.
Bomb Locations
- Dragon Command — Top floor, left side, outside the room
- Tank Factory — Upstairs in the left side room
- Infirmary — On a pillar next to the stairs
- Armory — Bottom of the stairs leading to Supply Depot
- Supply Depot — Near the window in front of the front entrance
- Department Store — Bottom floor, underneath the stairs
Find a Green Eyed Mangler somewhere around the map (usually in Tank Station, Supply Depot, or Department Store).
Do not kill it. Bring it to the circular pad in Dragon Command to the right of the trophies.
You can shoot off its right cannon arm to make it run instead of walk. If it wanders too far from you it can despawn and fail the challenge.
In the spawn room, go up to the barrier to the left of the fountain — an injured Valkyrie Drone will come out.
Protect it and follow it without shooting it at all. Once it reaches the circular pad in Dragon Command, the step is complete.
Tip
Using the secondary slowing shot of the GKZ-45 Mk3 is recommended to help control zombies without hitting the Drone.
The screen will show where the Drop Pod is landing — either Dragon Command, Tank Station, or Supply Depot.
Go there and protect the Drop Pod from zombies.
Once the Pod opens, use your Gauntlet of Siegfried to release the dragon from it. The dragon will pick up the Cargo.
Grab the Cargo and place it into S.O.P.H.I.A.
Note
This challenge is always last.
Grab the Key Card from the middle of the Trophy table.
Place the Key Card into the computer near the toilet at the Hatchery. Survive while the download progresses.
You can kill Manglers but don't have to — it's recommended to leave one Mangler and train it around while the download finishes to make it easier.
Once the download is complete, kill any remaining Manglers, then pick up the Key Card from the computer.
Place the Key Card into S.O.P.H.I.A.
Final Steps
Power Core & Boss Fight
Pick up the Power Core from S.O.P.H.I.A. Go to the fountain in the spawn room, use the Gauntlet of Siegfried to send out your dragon — it will deliver the Power Core to Nikolai.
Go back to S.O.P.H.I.A. — she will move, revealing a grate. Stand on the grate to start the boss fight.
Boss Fight — Dragon
Press the button in the middle of the arena to start. The Dragon will eventually land on one of three buildings. Nikolai will shoot at it — once he does, shoot the red glowing part on the Dragon. Repeat this 3 times total to defeat the Dragon.
Boss Fight — Nikolai
Shoot the 2 lights and 2 cores on his shoulders. Once destroyed, his middle compartment will open — shoot it to end the boss fight.
Co-op Tip
Using "Idle Eyes" for co-op will make Nikolai stationary — you can then use a Death Machine to shoot the cores while they are still closed.
Solo Tip
Make sure to have Quick Revive or you will be one-hit by certain attacks due to a bug.
