PROLOGUE

PROLOGUE

WW2 Zombies
Prologue
Prologue is a small tutorial survival map with no traditional main quest. You begin with only an MP40 and limited space — the map has two floors connected by a staircase.
The map is split into two areas: upstairs (4 lanterns, the ledge above the stairs) and downstairs (4 lanterns, the main floor), plus 2 lanterns outside.
Unlocking the Mystery Box Room
Shoot all 10 lanterns around the map to unlock a secret room upstairs containing the Mystery Box, giving you access to weapons beyond the MP40.
Lantern locations:
  • Outside (2) — around the exterior of the building
  • Downstairs (4) — throughout the main floor
  • Upstairs (4) — throughout the upper floor
After shooting the last lantern, the Mystery Box room will unlock upstairs.
Note
One of the hidden challenges requires you to survive 25 waves without unlocking this room — so if you're going for that challenge, skip the lanterns entirely.
Pressure Cooker
Condition
Survive until Wave 20 in Prologue.
Start the run by positioning yourself upstairs near the ledge above the staircase. This gives you a safe angle to pick off zombies coming up the stairs.
Kill as many zombies as you can from the upstairs position, then jump down and loop back around through the downstairs area and up the stairs again.
Keep training the zombies in this loop — upstairs → jump down → loop back up. Maintain the train and avoid getting cornered. Reach Wave 20 to unlock the achievement.
Prologue Challenges
Survive 25 Waves — Complete 25 full waves of survival on Prologue.
Survive 25 Waves Without Going Down — Complete 25 waves without being downed at any point. Use the same training loop as the Pressure Cooker achievement but stay disciplined — keep moving and never get cornered.
Survive 25 Waves Without Unlocking the Mystery Box Room — Complete 25 waves using only the MP40 and without shooting any of the 10 lanterns. Ammo management is critical — conserve shots and rely on melee when possible in early rounds.
