Step 1
Build the Boat & Pack-A-Punch
Turn on the Power.
Collect the parts for the Boat:
- Paddle — Recreation Area, leaned against a wooden stand to the right of Quickies
- Rudder — Mess Hall, leaned against a trash bin
- Tiller — Bear Lodge, upstairs in the Tuff 'Nuff room, to the right when you walk in
Place the parts on the Boat on the Docks to build it.
Collect the parts for the Projector:
- Reel — Docks, near the Boat
- Reel — Turtle Island, behind the Cabin near a green table
Place the Reels on the Projector in the Turtle Island Cabin to open the portal to Pack-A-Punch.
Step 2-4
First Picture: Shoot Off Arms
Talk to Kevin Smith on Turtle Island.
Pick up the Picture in the Recreation Area, behind the burning man.
Place the Picture in front of the Bonfire in the Thunderbird Amphitheater. Once the hands around the Picture disappear, shoot 10 Arms off zombies near the Picture to collect souls.
Once done, the Picture glows — interact with it to spawn a Slasher. Kill it, then pick up the Picture.
Tip
Make sure your weapon isn't too powerful, or you'll outright kill the zombie instead of gibbing (dismembering) it.
Warning
If you fail this step, you'll lose Rave Vision and a random Perk.
Step 5-7
Second Picture: Shoot Off Legs
Talk to Kevin Smith on Turtle Island.
Pick up the Picture in the Bear Lodge, upstairs in the Tuff 'Nuff room to the right.
Place the Picture in front of the speakers in the Recreation Area. Once the hands around the Picture disappear, shoot 10 Legs off zombies near the Picture to collect souls.
Once done, the Picture glows — interact with it to spawn a Slasher. Kill it, then pick up the Picture.
Tip

Step 8-10
Jay's Skull: Shoot Off Heads
Talk to Kevin Smith on Turtle Island.
Pick up Jay's Skull in the Bear Lodge basement.
Place the Skull near the Gem Totem on White Tail Beach. Once the hands around the Skull disappear, shoot 10 Heads off zombies near the Skull to collect souls.
Once done, the Skull glows — interact with it to spawn a Slasher. Kill it, then pick up the Skull.

If you fail this step, you'll lose Rave Vision and a random Perk.
Final Steps
Boss Fight
All players must press and hold one of the 4 buttons in the Bear Lodge basement until a sound cue plays, then ride the boat with Kevin Smith.
During the boss fight, kill zombies to collect souls into the Glowing Skulls until they shine bright beams into the sky — while avoiding the Super Slasher.
A filled Skull will start to deteriorate after a minute without receiving souls, so occasionally give each one a soul.
Once all Glowing Skulls are filled, one of them will have all the beams shine down onto it, creating a Ritual Circle.
Bring the Super Slasher into the Ritual Circle and shoot the glowing symbol on him to stun him and end rave mode.
Shoot the Glowing Symbols that appear on him, one at a time, until he retreats to the Cabin.
After he retreats, find a Glowing Green spot and stand in it — otherwise the fire will kill you. Survive the skeletons, and the next phase will start.
Repeat this 2 more times (3 total). Each repeat adds another Glowing Skull to fill and adds walls between Skull locations.
On the 3rd time you shoot the Glowing Symbols off the Super Slasher, he won't retreat — simply shoot him until he dies.
Completion
Once the Super Slasher is killed, collect the Soul Key to complete the Main Quest. If playing in Director's Cut, you can also collect the Talisman. The Smiley can now be obtained in future games from the Bear Lodge Basement.
