Doctor's Quarters, on the 2nd bottom shelf of the bookshelf next to the Trap buy.

Spawn Room

Can be found in one of 3 spots in the Spawn Room:

Opposite the Gewehr 43 wall-buy.
On the top right shelf, just behind that spot.
On a barrel opposite the Zombie Barrier next to the Arisaka.

Radio 2

Doctor's Quarters

On the table next to the window barrier.

Radio 3

Storage Hut

Next to the Mystery Box spawn location, sitting on top of a barrel.
