THE SHADOWED THRONE

THE SHADOWED THRONE

WW2 Zombies
Required
You need Sticky Bombs equipped to complete this Main Quest.
Contact the Russians
Locate the Radio in Main Street and remember the letters and numbers on top of it.
Look at the map in the Church and find the location with a Pin in it. Look at the chart on the left and find the location from the Pin, then use the letters and numbers from the Radio to see what two numbers you get from the chart for that location.
Interact with the Radio and move the hands to the corresponding numbers from the chart. The left number is the Letters, and the right number is the Numbers.
Build the Wunderbuss
Pick up the Battery:
  • Museum, to the left of the Armor Station
  • Museum, to the right of Faustblitz
  • Cabaret, to the right of the M1928 wallbuy
Melee the Flare Box in the Plaza to open it, then melee the Flares inside (this must be done after tuning the Radio). This causes the Zeppelin to fly overhead and turn zombies into Gekochts.
Melee kill a Gekocht to get the Geistbolt.
Place the Battery into the slot in the underground Apartments to open the room.
Enter the room and pick the Battery back up.
Place the parts on the Wunderbuss on the table and pick it up.
Shoot the slot where the Battery was with the Wunderbuss to open the doors and leave the room.
Activate Pack-A-Punch
Blow open two Metal Panels using Sticky Bombs:
  • Underbelly, through bars
  • Destroyed Building, to the left of the Waffe 28 wallbuy
Shoot the panels with the Wunderbuss to activate Pack-A-Punch in the Destroyed Building.
Charge the Anchors
Shoot the Wunderbuss at 3 Anchors around the map to charge them. When fully charged, they'll turn yellow:
  • Destroyed Apartments
  • Museum
  • Plaza
Build the 3 Melee Wonder Weapons
Pick up the Magnifying Glass in the Cabaret, to the left of the M1928 wallbuy.
Locate scratch marks that represent a frequency to input into the Radio:
  • Apartments, in the Elevator (Frequency: 38.9-82.4)
  • Apartments, on the ceiling above the door leading to Main Street (Frequency: 38.9-82.4)
  • Museum, on a Pillar (Frequency: 56.1-82.4)
  • Museum, under the M1 Garand wallbuy (Frequency: 56.1-82.4)
  • Cabaret backstage, near the Purple Dress (Frequency: 20.3-66.8)
  • Cabaret backstage, on a Dresser (Frequency: 20.3-66.8)
After inputting your two numbers into the Radio, you'll hear Morse code coming from it. Either listen to the two numbers it gives you, or try all possible locations to find your coordinates.
Tip
Either listen to the two numbers it gives you, or try all possible locations to find your coordinates:
  • 8 - 10
  • 9 - 11
  • 10 - 5
  • 10 - 8
  • 11 - 8
  • 12 - 15
  • 12 - 19
  • 18 - 5
  • 18 - 8
  • 19 - 21
  • 19 - 22
  • 21 - 14
Interact with the map in the Church to use the Magnifying Glass and input your coordinate. This opens the cabinet to the right containing the Bowl for you to pick up.
Place the Bowl on the Scale in the Museum.
Melee kill a Gekocht next to an Armor Station to place its head into it, then buy the Armor while looking at the head to pick it up.
Place the head into the Bowl, then get kills near the Rabbit next to the Scale until the drawer on the table opens with the Holda for you to pick up.
Shoot the Cash Register in the Apartments Wunderbuss room with the Wunderbuss to open it. There's a picture on the bottom with numbers to input into the Radio to contact the Smuggler.
A pile of Ammo will now appear on the Wunderbuss table. The type of ammo determines which weapon you need to wallbuy:
  • Small Shells: MP-40 in Main Street
  • Large Shells: FG-42 in the Church
  • Shotgun Shells: Sawed-off Shotgun in the Underbelly
Melee or shoot open the Gas Cover in the Plaza and interact to give the Smuggler the weapon that corresponds with the ammo type. This arms the Smuggler.
Progress through two more rounds.
Melee or shoot open the Gas Cover in Main Street and drop 1,500 Jolts onto it to pay the Smuggler.
Wait a minute, then melee the door in the Wunderbuss room three times. A Wustling will spawn out of it (unless you gave the Smuggler a Pack-A-Punched weapon).
Pick up the Nachtmahr from inside the room.
Pick up the Dancer's Painting in the Apartments.
Shoot down and pick up the Film Reel in the Cabaret.
Place the Painting and Film Reel onto the Projector in the Cabaret.
Shoot the Projector with the Wunderbuss.
The Projector Screen on the stage of the Cabaret shows a location with a green light. In that location is a Clown Doll you need to get kills near. While getting kills near it, count how many kills it accepts and remember that number. Repeat this 3 more times (4 total) until you have 4 numbers. After each Clown Doll, look at the map again to see where the next Doll is located:
  • Apartments, Wunderbuss Room
  • Apartments, Elevator
  • Destroyed Building, near Pack-A-Punch
  • Main Street, Pit
  • Museum, Chandelier
  • Cabaret, Mirrors
  • Church, Left Entrance
  • Plaza, Kugelblitz
  • Plaza, near the Bar wallbuy
Input your 4-digit code into the Safe in the Apartments. Enter the numbers in this order: Clockwise, Counter Clockwise, Clockwise, Counter Clockwise.
Once entered correctly, the Safe opens with the Perchta for you to pick up.
Barbarossa's Refuge
Place each Wonder Weapon into its corresponding slot next to the giant door near the Church.
Kill 20 zombies near the door to collect souls, then 10 Gekochts, then finally 10 Pests to open the door.
Warning
Be careful when the door opens, don't stand too close or it could kill you.
Shoot the Anchor in the ceiling of Barbarossa's Refuge with the Wunderbuss to be locked inside.
Solve a puzzle using the Statues around the room by shooting them to rotate them a specific number of times. Use the solver below to complete this step.
After all 4 sets of Statues are solved, each set has a Golden Raven for you to pick up and place on the middle statue in a particular spot. Once completed, the Ravens glow green and you can pick up the Blade of Barbarossa from the Statue.
Place the Blade of Barbarossa into the slot at the top of the stairs to open the door.
The Zeppelin & Boss Fight
Every player must have a full-ammo Wunderbuss and enter the Drop Pod in Main Street near the Radio. Every player must then shoot the Wunderbuss into the Battery in the ceiling at the same time to be transported into the Zeppelin.
Use the Consoles around the Zeppelin to guide the light along the path. At the split path, take the top route first to open the first gate, then the bottom route, stopping the light in the middle to open the second gate, then use the top console again to move the light to the final position and start a small cutscene. After the cutscene, the Stadtjaeger will spawn.
Boss Fight
Shoot the glowing orange parts on the Stadtjaeger to damage it. Each phase determines when the glowing orange parts are available:
  • Phase 1: Glows orange when sprinting
  • Phase 2: Glows orange when turning zombies into Gekochts
  • Phase 3: You can only damage the Stadtjaeger when he's in a storm cloud, using the Wunderbuss
After defeating the Stadtjaeger, leave the Zeppelin by entering the Drop Pod.
Cabaret Sign Hangman
On the far left side of the Cabaret sign, you'll see the letter A next to a small display with an up arrow, 3 dots, and a down arrow.
Shoot the up and down arrows to cycle the letter through the alphabet, then shoot the middle dot between the two arrows to input that letter.
Spell out any of the words below to receive its reward. If you input the wrong letter, the hanging zombie next to the sign gains an extra body part, just like a real game of hangman. If the zombie's body becomes whole, you fail and can't attempt that word again for the rest of the game.
Words & Rewards
  • DAMNATION: Nuke
  • REAPER: Insta-Kill
  • GEISTKRAFT: Full Charge
  • FAMISHED: Max Ammo
  • GLUTTONY: Double Jolts
  • WONDER: Tesla Gun & Ripsaw
  • THEJACKBOX: Jack-in-the-Boxes
Reign Drop / Free Jolt Hats
There are 5 Hats hidden around the map. You can only carry one at a time, and each must be placed on the Cheetah statue in front of the movie screen in the Cabaret, in a specific order: Fedora, then Pilot Cap, then Garrison Cap, then Officer Hat, and finally the Red Hat on top.
Once all 5 Hats are placed in the correct order, you receive 1,952 Jolts and all 5 power-up drops spawn in front of the movie screen.
Hat Locations
Fedora
  • In the Church, to the right of the Mystery Box
  • Next to the left golden statue's feet in the Cabaret
Pilot Cap
  • In a briefcase in the Underbelly
  • Under a bench next to Schnellblitz
Garrison Cap
  • In the Museum, on a model head
  • On a guitar in the Cabaret
Officer Hat
  • On a desk in the Museum near Faustblitz
  • Behind a vase of flowers in the Apartments
Red Hat
  • On a skull in the Museum
  • In a bus outside the Cabaret
Fun Fact
The Jolts arrive in the order 5-2-1945, the last day of the Battle of Berlin in real life.
The Classic PPSh-41
Go to the mirrors at the back of the stage in the Cabaret.
Drop Jolts in front of the leftmost mirror. A light will start flashing at the bottom of the mirror, then begin traveling around its frame. Interact with the mirror to stop the light right where it originated. If you succeed, the mirror flashes a few times and turns off.
Repeat this for the other 2 mirrors. Each one runs a little faster than the last.
Once all 3 mirrors are complete, The Classic PPSh-41 becomes available in the Mystery Box.
Thule's Errand Camo
Set the frequencies to 39 and 39 on the Radio in Main Street.
Secret Audio Recordings
There are 3 Audio Recordings to find on this map. Each can only be obtained once per account:

  • Bell Recording
  • Zeppelin Recording: found after defeating the Stadtjäger, inside a small opening in one of the Drop Pods.
