Location
Left side of Spawn, near Juggernog.
Find the dentist chair next to a Zombie Wall Barrier and interact with or knife the wheel on the side of the chair.
You'll hear a drill and a former patient of the Verruckt facility screaming in agony. There is no gameplay reward.

Location
The room to the left side of Power.
Look on the left wall to find 3 toilets.
Flush the left toilet 3 separate times, holding your interact button each time.
"Lullaby for a Dead Man" will begin playing.

Samantha's Sorrow
Requirement
Pack-a-Punch access.
Toilet code: go to the Verrückt bathrooms and flush the far-left toilet 3 times. Wait for the toilet Easter egg audio to finish.
Enter 935: flush the toilets in this order. Right ×9, Middle ×3, Left ×5. If you mess up the sequence, keep flushing until it resets.
Samantha doll: go to the Wunderfizz machine and look on the floor to its left to find the golden Samantha doll. Interact with it.
Hide and seek: listen for Samantha's lullaby and follow the sound. When the music becomes loudest, look for the small Samantha doll and shoot it.
Find and shoot 5 Samantha dolls total. They can appear outside the normal playable area, so check windows and openings.
Return to the original Samantha doll beside Wunderfizz and interact with it. "Samantha's Sorrow" plays, and a Max Ammo is awarded.
